“At the age of 16, I started in the industry doing an apprenticeship with Kent Blaxill. This is where I learnt to glaze, and through working there I grasped the art of making stained glass windows. I then moved around different companies for some years, finding myself in the automotive glazing industry.”

“From there, I went on to become a Manager of several branches within the UK. After some years, I moved back into domestic/commercial glazing when I became a manager at High Way Glass. I thoroughly enjoyed being back in the industry I felt most comfortable in but I still felt that something was missing. So, I started my own company, CGC, in November 1999 as a sole trader, and had much success. By 2001, we became a LTD company and extended our workforce, whilst still remaining a predominantly family-run company. We have now been successfully trading for the last 17 years and have gone from strength to strength in terms of our reputation and growth.”
